Question Agusta 412 crash near Pisa
Caught a report of an Agusta 412 crash near Pisa Airport, Italy, 27-Oct into the sea with 2 fatals. Wreckage in 160 meters of water. No further details.

Have there been any reports of likley cause? Weather? CFIT(water)? Mechanical?
