I doubt if there would be much demand for the existing production buildings but maybe the redevelopment could include some smaller new "nursery"
This is more in line with what I was thinking. Obviously the existing main hangar is of 1930/40 vintage and no longer meets modern industrial requirements. Perhaps an industrial type park housing various small to medium size hi-tech based units would of been more appropriate than luxury houses.
