Its more on the sensitive side. But being over controlling the aircraft is nothing to do with if the control is sensitive or not. It is when people tend to put in too many aggressive inputs when it is unnecessary, ending up aggravating the unstability of its flight path when it was already unstable due to the input of the user. Let the aircraft fly itself back to the intended path, rather than actually 'placing' it back to the path
