Why would
Silk Air employ ex-AN A320 captains on "local" terms?
I know of at least one guy - a young(ish...mid 30's) Captain, and an ex-AN non-scab - who applied a couple of years ago. In effect, they told him that BECAUSE of his command experience, they didn't feel he was really what
Dragonair was looking for in their recruitment of F/O's.
He was disappointed at the time, but is now employed in Australia by
VB (in the C&T).
