Would not be surprised if Veuling pilots got flight time, experience, paid off training bond and then departed for Qatar and Emirates... Certainly no career opportunity at Veuling with the terrible pay and conditions. It is merely a stepping stone to some other carriers with bigger equipment and better pay.
