Not sure if it is photoshopped but I was on the 40s, on the 332L, in early 90s when a sudden rise in windspeed was forecast and we had to head for Aberdeen. The rise was so sudden that one of the front blades was caught in a rising gust off the edge off the helideck and assumed the vertical where it remained for some time before it could be lassooed and brought down - the head was changed before we could fly it again.
The curved blade in the pic is a little harder to explain.
