Kenoco, Im only three months and thanks for your advice also! I know what you mean about the "power trip" thing. Have come across it but tact is a wonderful thing for dealing with people like that. Mind you, I learnt that in my old airline moreso, must be an industry wide thing!!!!
Im a firm beleiver that your flight will only be as good as the atmosphere in the cabin so if Im fortunate enough (?!?) to get promoted itll be happy flying!
