saahil,

am in the same position as you and wanted to do the same.

As per the info i have obtained (from a WPC clerk and confirmed by some of the instructors who take RT classes in Delhi) :

1. We can either convert to RTR(P) without giving RT part A; but that requires us to have Canadian CPL stamped on the booklet. So this option is ruled out for now.

OR

2. We may take the part A, and convert Canadian FRTO to Indian RTR (C) on the basis of passing in part A. In this case it doesnt matter wether u have PPL, or CPL or ATPL from Canada.

your choice on how you want to proceed from here. Just sharing what I have found out. If you get any info to the contrary, pls feel free to correct me.
