I was thinking much the same myself about the prop...the spindle is a little lower down than you would first think. The "other half" of the prop does not show in the photo. It is a small prop.
Despite the aircraft somewhat "cut-off" rear end, what you see is what you get. No pusher prop, no vertical tail surface.
So just to summarise, a high wing aircraft, with big end-plates, an elevated small wing at the front (not sure it could be called a canard), and a tractor prop.
Some of its "relatives" fall in to the flying wing category....this one doesn't really fall in to any category at all!
Now, who would produce an aircraft like this
