I found during a search on the Ancestory Net a photograph of Douglas Webster Lucke's Royal Aero Club Card and his photograph. The card is dated 20 March 1935.
The card states his date of birth was 23 June 1909 and place of birth Monterray Mexico as reported at post by CharlieOneSix. In the index of Births/Marriages/Deaths there is a record of the death of a Douglas Webster Lucke in Folkstone in 1972 it gives the date of birth as being 23 June 1908 exactly a years difference, possibly a recording error.
