I am being driven barmy by an ever increasing plague of pop-up adverts, every time I log onto the internet.
My ISP is BTopenworld & browser is Microsoft Explorer.
I had heard that it is possible to alter the internet or browser settings, and/or there is a bit of software available to cure this, but I cannot find it on the web.
Is there any kind techie person out there, who can advise how to solve the problem? Preferably in nice simple terms that even a woman can understand! (albeit, a woman who can fly
