Jet mate? Can't work out that polished(?) surface at the lower half of the photo. Thought it might be rain water, but a jet intake wouldn't be that close to the ground, would it? Magnified, there looks to be a bolt at bottom left?
Much appreciate a clue (or two!) for a lazy Sunday morning...at your discretion of course.
