The situation in Spain is still terrible. All the operational decisions are taken behind desks somewhere at AENA central offices, we donīt have shifts (you can work anyday, any shift (365 days/24h), we get harrased one day and another by our own company and our own government. They even donīt apply the imposed working rules that we have since february 2011, but their own criteria... and so on.
I would accept a job at ANY ANSP as long as i can pay my mortgage. Any offers?
