Sunnysideup,
Are you serious about the offer of getting some time in your AN2? If so, I’d live to take you up on the offer…. Will save me a trip to Russia too!
I’m off to California on 26th of this month to do a bit of flying, but if you’re serious, maybe some time in the New Year, we could arrange it. I’d love to spend some time in one. There’s one at my local flying club based at Sturgate (Nr Scampton / Lincoln) but it’s on the Lithuanian register, and to be honest, I think its days are numbered (That’s just what I’ve heard). Just out of interest, why can’t people with Lithuanian and Russian registered AN2’s get them registered in the UK, or another European country like Germany?
Anyway sunnyside, let me know if you’re serious, and we’ll try and arrange something.
Many thanks
Grob Driver
