I was getting quite excited about this until I visited the IPA members airline fact file.....With due acknowledgment to them, this is what it says......Hope the pay is better than listed here for a start. mind you I note that it's last update was 96 so how about some Gulfers bringing us in on current conditions

The company sponsors its own nationals for ab initio training in Doha Direct entry Captains; B767 - 6500 hours (2500 hours on a/c min 60,000 kgs A.U.W and 500 in command on multi engine jet). A320 - 5000 hours (1500 on a/c min 29000kgs A.U.W and 500 in command on multi engine jet)
