I think this is unbelievable! This 1st stage selection process is absurd! What about if your are happily on the loo, laying whatever you have to lay, when suddenly your mobile rings?
How can you frankly give an answer to questions about customer service in such a situation?? I think serious companies should not adopt such chippy ways of selecting people. Leave that stuff to companies like Flight Center for God sake!
