Aptitude tests are not trophies to boast on CVs, they are protection for your (or an employer's) money. There's little point in investing £50k plus in ATPL training if your aptitude is poor.
Just to clarify. The GAPAN assessment does not guage your ability to deal with theory. It tests hand-eye, spacial awareness and your ability to cope with task overload. Therfore, this is only suitable to guage your
probable ability to cope with the actual flight training particularly IR.
