He can talk yes. Though being used to his very confident self, he looked a little nervous (if that's possible) talking to the airports and I think he was fully expecting to be howled down (which he wasn't)...
Needless to say many of his statements are pretty much wishful thinking... Airports after all can't let airlines land for free. But to his credit, he was willing to come to the conference and express his views openly which many others weren't willing to do
