Jimbo, what you describe is nothing new within DJ old friend. Same style of crap has been going on from day one. I bailed from AN to start with DJ at the birth of the company. Let me tell you a secret, DJ managed to mold itself in 2 years the same level of politics, mates rates, nepotism and empty promises that took AN 40 years to master.
The issues you raise were going on in 2000 and nothing has changed today and it won't change tomorrow.
