Many of the pilots go back after 6 months as they only want to work part time. Never had any problems with Contractair and TUI, pay was reasonable and accomodation provided, new A/C. mixed basing at Casa and Brussels now stopped (jetAirfly and Jet4U). Better than Asia... but horses for courses..
