Things look really bad for them:
IAG is starting this "IBexpress" as a torpedo under the pilot workforce floatline.
Pilots can only strike 5% of the flights (which amounts to a de facto banning of their right to strike). Even if they strike, they will be imposed a referee, which will always be on teh part of the management. As a note, the actual lawyer buffete assessing IB is led by the Referee of the last strike that ended in a "laudo" or command of the referee. Rome pays well to traitors.
Then, with time, the cancer will extend until it eats up the whole classic workforce.
They don't have the balls to do the same to BA pilots.
Why? what is different in the UK????
