On the A330-200 with zero fuel weight close to max the limiting factor will likely always be MTOW, rather than tank capacity.
A typical MZFW would be 170 tons, MTOW like 233 tons. Hence fuel could be as much as 63 tons, which translates into a flight time of around 9h30min with the usual reserves. That's a range of about 4700 nautical miles.
Tank capacity is 109 tons, so much further flights are possible but would be limiting the payload.
