Drat. I'd always wanted save the Bruce Buchanan defence for something that I had done wrong and this guy is going to go and use it up. I reckon the response should be 'guilty your honour, I'll take the same punishment that Bruce Buchanan got'. I mean, QF is all about 'natural justice'.
Mind you, it's disgraceful that something like this gets into the press.
