As has been suggested REPCON is an avenue and if that fails Senator Xenophon is currently very interested in the state of play in Australian aviation, particularly the area of Fatigue. Any facts you have including evidence of any sort like rosters, emails, pay slips etc that reflect what you mention would be warmly received by this unusually proactive politician.
