I think it's a very good concept (may be partly because my career is on the back side of the power curve) and keeping busy beyond retirement is very appealing.
I know something similar to what I think you are suggesting has been done in North America but to the best of my knowledge on a much smaller scale such as a couple of experienced retirees consulting on a short or long term contract basis.
Is that basically what your pool of talent is doing?
