A judge can only make a ruling based upon what is in front of them at the time. If they let their ideological beliefs become a part of their decision making without justification they leave their decisions open for successful appeal, so have faith in the process.
Having said all that, we know they're going to sack a lot of us anyway, jump or be pushed, that's what people are thinking now.
