under the section "A320 type rating" it says that you can either choose the self funding option through an approved TR school or the Wizzair subsidised TR which is subject to a service bond. But i don't know anything about the length of the bond, salary during that period etc.
Not too long ago they were offering fully sponsored Type ratings to low houred pilots. Unfortunately at this moment of time they require at least 1500hrs even for pilots with no A320 TR
