Type Ratings: Who bonds? Who wants upfront?

I was wondering whether people were willing to list airlines they know of and their TR habits in terms of payment.

The only two I know are Easyjet and Ryanair. They both want their payments upfront.

Those airlines that do require a self funded TR do many opt for the bonding system? i.e. Working on a reduced salary for 'X' years.
