I`ll add, paxs behind the reclined seat may have difficult bracing, plus possible whiplash/back problems to the paxs sat in a reclined seat.
But here is a BIG secret, us cabin crew have these conferences every year and we discuss and make up new rules (just of fun) on how we can make paxs life hell. The seat up right for t/o and landing goes back to 1981, we love that one, it gets you every time. Its the power!
