Flash 11 supports 64-bit browsers. If you download Flash 11 from a 32-bit browser, it installs Flash for that player. If you download Flash from a 64-bit browser, it installs Flash 11 on both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the browser.
64-bit version of IE tells you in Help>About IE. 32-bit version doesn't say anything about bits.
