With a young child you will qualify for 'Right to Request Part Time Working' (RTR PTWK) This is also known as 75% I believe (50% or even 25% is also available!), and does indeed give you the same week off every single month. Completely different in very many ways to Aspirational Part Time Working (APTWK) which is what is being described above.
RTR PTWK seems to be very desirable amongst those in the know, and could well be perfect for you?
Two points however. I believe you would be committed to a minimum initial period (6 months?) of full time. Perhaps even signing a full time contract???
Once your application for PTWK is accepted, it is a permanent change to your contract, and I doubt it would be possible to return to full time working??
