As explained above, there isn't a D&D triangulation system like in the UK, if that's what you're asking. Instead (and unlike the UK, I believe), most ATC / FIS units have VDF equipment on their published frequencies and on 121.5.
What use is made of those facilities is another story and as the above poster said, good luck might help.
