Finaly I have to commend Hi Vis the policy at Booker, daylight & good vis= no hi vis requirment. Night time or poor vis= hi vis colthing is required
The above is the sensible approach I'd say. It Really irritates me when places like Shobdon introduce a Hi-Vis ruling without any real justification, I mean, it's hardly Heathrow is it.
