The deal, which includes engines and spare parts, depends on approval by the US State Department.
THAT IS THE ONE ANNOYING LITTLE FACT IN THE STORY THAT MAKES THIS SALE JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHERS - THAT DIDN'T GO AHEAD.
