yes you're right to an extent - cutting back on employees, but these employees would probably include only ground staff, not pilots
at the end of the day, they still have the same number of a/c in their fleet, and are still expanding (not as fast as indigo though), so the number of pilots they have will remain the same as of now, but it's expected to go up as they keep expanding
