AFAIK & as far as I have seen, flexibility is a bit of a one-way-street ( = be prepared to bend over ! )
Many of the threads on here relating to pilots conditions & adhering (or rather failing to ) the conditions of the "contract"
would, I suspect, be equally applicable to the Sim jobs.
The TRI position may well be regarded differently by the Turkish CAA. As far as I could see, despite being supposedly JAR, they regard/disregard which bits are convenient or otherwise, so all & everything possible.
