I'm sorry flydive1, but captplaystation is correct. What language do you speak? French? Italian? What if Swiss changed the criteria to only that language? Would you then complain that they were not giving the German-speakers enough of a fair chance?
You also seem to forget that Swiss is owned by a German company. It is not a nationalised airline any more, it is a private company and they can hire whoever they wish with whatever language skills they choose. You are not owed an interview with them just because you are Swiss.
