Hmm, I'm a little lost on this one as there's so little data, it is on a well known (to me
) website, but I'm pretty certain that you know it and maybe have even used it, but in this case, the Data Section is full of question marks!!
The only positive thing I can say is that it was designed by an amateur Wieslaw Rogala after 1945
