EASA - Regulations structure

Especially EC 2042/2003

Part M for example is you owning a car and your duty to and how to look after it.

Part 145 is the garage you take it too when you want it fixed.

Part 66 the skill requirements of the mechanic working on your car and releasing it back to you in a safe state for/from the garage.

Part 147 trains the mechanic to the standard to fix your car.
