Arrow PC -> TV graphics cards

Ok, playing with the living room media center concept at present.

Currently the graphics output is via an S-video connection from a Geforce 4 MX into a Scart socket and thence a Toshiba TV. Whilst useable for selecting song playlists, connecting to internet radio streams, etc., the picture is not something I could look at for long. It's largely devoid of colour, somewhat grainy and I can't seem to get a refresh rate that produces a decent picture.

My question is : is it possible to get a decent picture of the quality one would expect from, say, a console, from a PC graphics card? I'm looking at the Radeon All-In-Wonder series as they appear to have this sort of application in mind and also feature a composite out socket which should produce a decent analogue picture?

Anyone used one?

Thanks, SSS
