In Brazil we also usually have the "no incident/acident" letter issued by the company when leaving.
Personally I have my doubts about this, as some incidents are by no means "caused" by crew, e.g. Birdstrike. Sometimes having passed through a situation can make you a pilot with a higher sense of awareness...
What should be questioned is resistance to CRM and other behavioural risks!
On the other hand you have a CAA who wasn´t able to detect the fraudulent license situation of its own pilots for many years...
