I was at Brunty a few weeks ago and asked the support crew where they got the AVPIN to start their Lightnings. There was a sheepish grin and his nose was tapped as it to say MYOB! In the meantime, how are people going to start the engines. I don't imagine that converting to air start will be practicable.
