I think it might also be worth remembering that fleet expansion will stop in Ryanair within 18 months and with it rapid command upgrade. The only command slots will be those created by Captains leaving for BA/Emirates/Virgin ...or whoever they can. So unless you joined Ryanair within the last 2 years I would say the chances of command in Ryanair will be slight. Although knowing Ryanair if you are willing to do it for less than the minimum wage ...you never know
