I think that asking the applicants to re-live the process would only bring back the horror rather than ease tension. Plus: given the bizarre nature of the selection process, I fear that your method would take too long to be useful.
Uncannily however, it involved both unicycling AND Morris Dancing, whilst negotiating a Crystal Maze-style labyrinth. I won’t give too much information about the route, but I can reveal that – to test the candidate’s reaction to stressful situations – it involved negotiating land mines, actors playing irate airline passengers, and BA staff throwing raw meat (all whilst unicycling). Of course, I can only speak for my FTO.
