I think it's true to say that the Loutzavia website suggests that 700 hours a year might be what one could expect to fly as a Grade 111.

If they really have 16 full time flight instructors then that would suggest that the school flies an average of 11,200 hours a year.

The cynic in the woodpile says that the maths doesn't quite fit if each and every instructor is to get the predicated fair slice of the pie in exchange for his wad of Moolah.

Incidentally and by the way, I doubt that any school worth flying with would guarantee a CFI job.
