hey guys, i also got a rejection today from ctc. I am very interested to find out out their selection criteria and how they picked the candidates considering they said i didnt 'meet their requirements', i have had my application looked at by various friends who are pilots and they have said it was 'very strong' and have said for me to call them and find out why i got rejected. Considering my cv has also got me interviews for roles in stock broking where the starting salary is 3 times that offered by BA. But to be honest i wouldn't fly for the money. it makes no difference. shame really but obviously was not meant to be.

on course for first in physics at one of the top 2 universities in the country
AAAAAA at a level including 3 sciences maths and F maths
6A* & 4A GCSE
member of UAS & ccf at school
1st solo on 16th birthday with 35 hours so far
D of E and sports etc...
