Im sure there were a load of people with a degree but does that really mitigate against an application enough to warrant not even getting an interview. I started a management course at uni but stopped after the first year to go to the states after being offered the instructors job. At the time it seemed the best way to a flying job, hopefully the lack of a degree won't continue to be a problem..maybe I'll go and do a degree in some inane subject just for the experience. Hey ho!
