Do you guys think it is possible that they are not going to take the 80-100 successful applicants at the same time?
Its almost guaranteed they won't want 80-100 FO's all turning up at the same time. Apart from the fact that is something like 3200 hours of sim time that is a huge training load for the TRI's and line trainers even for a Company BA's size. You would be wanting max 8-10 a month and even then things may fall back. due to sims being down and sickness/vacation in the training department.
And with the UK rules about type ratings the line pilots are going to be looking forward to silly am sim slots for their 6 monthly checks for the duration.
