Joyce dreamed of being a pilot when he started work with Ireland's national carrier Aer Lingus in 1988 but failed the vision test.
Now it all makes sense...

PS: From what I have seen, I think both Barry Jackson and Richard Woodward have done a great job speaking on behalf of AIPA.
