have you thought about the problem of getting a work visa? Normally one can get work visas only if the demand for one's profession is higher than the local supply. I am very sure that this is not the case with South Africa's (SA) FI job market. So I suggest that you look into it if you haven't done it already.
Reading your posts gives me doubt whether being FI in SA makes that much sense for you.
1. Skyvan makes a very good point about the quality of the kind of schools you are searching for. IMO they are comparable to Ponzi schemes and communistic regimes - i.e. they do not work in the longer run.
2.Your impatience and lack of trying to write in correct English (I am not perfect either but I am trying) is not the best prerequisite for teaching anything in SA.
Just a thought - have you looked into your options in Iran? If one would use certified Tecnam or Jabiru which burn regular automotive gasoline it could be very cheap given the low gasoline prices in Iran.
